We have worked with this international development charity for several years, establishing a highly successful multi-million pound major donor development programme which has grown year on year by offering strategic and tactical input combined with thorough donor/prospect research.

Undertaken a strategic view of all external relationships including special rep's, VP's, Patrons, celebrities etc leading to new structures and clear roles and responsibilities. Researched and located new active Vice Presidents nationally and regionally. Undertaken a review and development of major donor database needs.

Birmingham Children's Hospital

Birmingham Children's Hospital sought help in the preparation and planning of a major capital campaign for a new Burn Centre.  FR&C worked with the hospital to audit all existing and previous fundraising activity and assessed the feasibility of fundraising at the hospital both in the short and long term.  We assisted in the recruitment and training of staff and restructuring the fundraising department.

Supported by our high quality prospect research and strategic planning input Birmingham Children's Hospital has secured most of the funds required for the new Burn Centre and through ongoing relationship with FR&C is planning the next phase of its fundraising development.

New Marlowe Theatre

FR&C's work with Canterbury City Council's New Marlowe Theatre project team has objectively assessed the readiness of the team to launch a major capital campaign, evaluated the willingness of the constituencies to provide financial support, identified and recruited campaign leadership. Our high quality research profiling the top leadership and donor prospects aided the Theatre's launch of a major capital campaign for a £25 million project.
